  1. 01ITIL 4 MasterManaging Professional Transition

    ITIL Master (Version 5), with all three designations.

  2. 02ITIL 4 Managing ProfessionalManaging Professional Transition

    ITIL Managing Professional (Version 5). ITIL 4 Practice Manager and Strategic Leader, if held, upgrade automatically.

  3. 03ITIL v3 Expert or ITIL v3 MasterManaging Professional Transition

    ITIL Managing Professional (Version 5) and the ITIL Transformation certificate. The Transformation exam also upgrades an ITIL 4 Practice Manager or Strategic Leader you hold.

  4. 04ITIL 4 Practice Manager or Strategic LeaderITIL Transformation (Version 5)

    The matching Version 5 designation. One pass upgrades whichever of the two you hold.

  5. 05Any other ITIL 4 certificateOptional Foundation Bridge

    Prerequisite already met. Go to any advanced module.

  6. 06ITIL v3 Foundation or Intermediate, or nothingITIL Foundation (Version 5)
